- 8am-8pm Monday, Wednesday & Friday
- 7am-8pm Tuesday & Thursday
- Physio Clinic Closed on Sundays
- Pilates Studio Open Sundays 9am-2pm
Please note times for massage therapy, Pilates, and nutritional therapy may vary. Clinicians are flexible and may include appointments outside of these hours.
